We have order veg quesdida in menu it was mention it will come with rice but they forgot to give. Then we complained for that & they simply said it doesn't come with it. Then we showed him in menu & simply said d OK no refund nothing ... Even veggies in food was also rotten..

The flavor was a bit bland. I really love the spices in Mexican food and this seemed to be lacking cumin. There was a variety of food on the menu from which to choose just not sure it would make a difference. On a good note, the decor was really cool. Nice bright colors and scenes painted on the walls. The chairs and tables were also quite colorful. Maybe it's just a new place and they need to hone their recipes.

I rarely give one stars, if ever.. and I have never said this about any restaurant before but do NOT come here. I haven't had service this bad in a long time. We sat for quite a while without anyone coming to the table. The waitress didn't write the order down, when she finally came, so it came out wrong. We sat long enough after eating that I had to go find another waitress to give us our checks.I was really hoping the food would make up for it.. this place is the most overpriced Mexican restaurant I've ever been to with the lowest quality of food for a Mexican restaurant I have ever seen. If you do decide to come do not order anything with chicken.I am not at all a picky eater and I'm typically a very patient person, so for me to write a review like this is pretty unusual - that's just how bad it was. They could shoot an episode of Kitchen Nightmares here.

Have had a fair sampling of their menu, liked everything, reasonable prices, delightfully colorful ambiance, rarely a wait, though I don't go during the busy lunch hour. Lots of offices around so it likely fills up then.

Not bad, but a little overpriced. Very good steak fajitas, though. Not a fan of the salsa. I would probably come again if I didn't have other Mexican places around that I liked better.

Bartender was too busy stocking bar, barely paid attention y tu his guests, including myself. Barely could understand bim Yes I get it, it's a Mexican restaurant i, but your bartender better be able to communicate. Food was alright, nothing special, had to order salsa on the side to make my food taste good. Of course, there's was an extra charge. Disappointed overall

The food is good. The service is absolutely terrible. You will wait forever to even see a server for the first time, whether it's lunch, afternoon or dinner. Literally 10+ minutes before we even saw a server, when there were a total of 3 tables with people in the whole restaurant. The food and drinks are both above average, but the lack of friendly service makes it hard to keep going.Look at other reviews for confirmation... I kept looking around for a server, getting up and the only staff in sight was the host who was playing on his phone at the bar. Very disappointing.

We've come to Casa Patron a few times. Their food is always pretty good. Service was fairly fast. If you like El Vaquero, you'd enjoy this places' food. Their menu is quite extensive as well. CCW friendly

Not bad. Service was so so. I ordered El Amigo. Was pretty good. The steak was really tough. Not sure it was a good value at 19. Have had so much better for a lot less at other Mexican places.

It was delicious. Plus, the amount of food you get is great. I mean, I ate there after a business meeting with some other people being trained like myself. It had been a long day, it was time to go home. But, I still had almost half of my burrito and rice but couldn't finish it. I asked the server for a box which he quickly delivered then left without my box. I was upset by the time my 3 hour trip was over, I was hungry again.

Went late on a Friday Afternoon. Love their salsa (& chips). Ordered a side Queso Dip, decent sized dish. I ordered the lunch Fajitas and it was an enormous size. My friend ordered Chile Rellenos & a Chicken Enchilada, again enormous portion size. Food was excellent, would definitely encourage people to try this place out! Friendly staff, very clean restrooms & a great atmosphere! Oh...did I tell you they have Margarita Pitchers!!! So good!

It was clean, friendly, inviting & the mango daiquiri was so good the steak and chick was kinda dry and steak was tough. But over all the food was good. The staff was very friendly.

More like cero stars, the waiter did not give us menus we had to wait 20 mins to get menus, we ordered explicitly and she forgot or didn’t care what we ordered and came back to ask us again, however not even with a second try was she able to deliver what we ordered, she did not bring the side dishes or the main dish the way we ordered, she gave us no napkins or utensils. The food was only ok, the place was clean.

Pedestrian at best. Nice portion size. Good wait staff. Excellent social distance matters with an open dining area now. Inviting environment. Food was less than hoped for. Poorly spiced for southwest/ tex-mex food.

Waiter was excellent. Stopped by several times to see if we needed anything. Food was very good. Tried a new dip that had queso, spinach and chorizo that was very pleasing to the pallet. Was there on an extremely hot day so that might be why it felt a little warm inside and the music was just a little too loud to hear yourselves talking even though you were right next to each other. I will go back again as I have before because it is worth it.

My hopes may have been too high. Restaurant was very clean and beautiful. There is a massive very well done mural on the wall. But that was the only redeeming quality of Casa Patron.Our table top was broke and nearly falling off had to fix it ourselves while staff watched. Service was slow and unresponsive. All of the food was very mediocre. Typical chain style Mexican restaurant that looks like it was once an amazing place to eat at but has has gone bottom dollar.

It's really good, I like the festive colors. Seems a little high in my opinion, I mean theres a thousand mexican places in Columbus. Some of the food is better and cheaper than Casa Patron. For the immediate area it's about the only option, unless you consider Chipotle.

Fresh, hot chips brought to the table immediately. Fast and friendly service! Delicious food! I had the Speedy Gonzales for lunch and we ordered a side of cheese dip. Everything was fantastic! We'll be coming back here for sure.

Went for a workweek lunch. Quick service. Got the steak fajitas and everything was cooked perfectly. Generous portions at a reasonable price. Git us in and out inside of 45 minutes.

The food was very good. I ordered the El Amigo and it was amazing. The drinks were good as well. The service was not up to par with the pricing as it is quite expensive compared to other places of the same quality. 2 meals and 3 drinks came to $87 including tip.

We all liked our dishes, and the margaritas were tasty. The service was on the slow side, even without being busy, and once the neighboring restaurant turned out their lights it was very dark sitting outside.
